All information discussed in sessions is confidential, and protected by law, except where I am required by law to release information. Situations in which I may be required to do so include:
· You present a serious/imminent danger to yourself
· You present a serious/imminent danger to someone else
· There is a suspicion of child abuse or elder/dependent adult abuse
· I receive a court order requiring release of information
